Clear fees
Vlanatt has no monthly fee. Free activities pay no commission. For paid registrations, the participant pays a 5 % service fee plus a fixed amount per currency, shown before paying. You receive your ticket price minus the payment processor's fee (Stripe or Mercado Pago).
Organizer questions
How much does organizing with Vlanatt cost?
Creating your club, publishing free activities, checking people in and posting updates cost nothing. Only paid registrations carry a 5 % service fee plus a fixed amount per currency, paid by the participant.
When can I charge for registrations?
Payments with Stripe and Mercado Pago are being prepared and will open in stages. Meanwhile you can publish free activities. If your event is paid, write to organizadores@vlanatt.com and we will tell you first.
Does my team need to install anything for check-in?
No. Check-in works in the phone browser: scan the pass or find the person by name.
What happens when places run out?
With the waiting list on, new registrations queue in order and a place is offered automatically when someone cancels. You can also close registrations without a waiting list.
Can I run sessions just for my club?
Yes. A private club only shows its sessions to members, and a private event is only visible through its link. You can also approve each registration before confirming it.
Can I download the list of registered people?
Yes. From the event dashboard you export a CSV with name, group, status, registration date and arrival time.
