Who processes your data

What data we collect

Your name, email address, country, city, profile (athlete, event organizer or club), sports you practice, the timestamp of your consent and, if you arrived via an ad or referral link, campaign attribution parameters. To prevent abuse, we store an irreversible cryptographic hash of your IP address rather than the raw address itself. Your country may be suggested from your network connection, but only the country you submit is stored.

How we use your data

To notify you when Vlanatt launches in your city, invite you to early access and, if you are a sports club or event organizer, contact you about publishing your sessions and events. We also use aggregated data to measure campaign effectiveness. The legal basis is your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Where it is stored

On infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our data processor. Data may be processed outside your country of residence.

How long we keep it

Until Vlanatt opens in your city and for a maximum of 24 months from the date of registration, or until you ask us to delete your data.

Your rights

You may access, update, rectify or delete your personal data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at privacidad@vlanatt.com from the email address you registered with; we respond within 15 business days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia or your national supervisory authority in the European Union.
